A pure expression of 100% Assyrtiko, this elegant dry white wine reflects both precision in winemaking and the dynamic potential of Northern Greece’s terroir. Following cold soak and low-temperature fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees and spends 3 months in French oak barrels, enhancing depth and texture.

It presents a pale gold color with subtle green highlights. The nose is layered and inviting, with aromas of dried citrus, bergamot peel, and delicate notes of honey and vanilla.

On the palate, it offers the characteristic crisp acidity of Assyrtiko, balanced with a zesty citrus profile and a refined mineral backbone. A harmonious and textured wine with remarkable finesse and ageing potential.
