A vibrant expression of 100% Malagouzia, this dry white wine captures the essence of Northern Greece’s terroir. Gentle skin contact and cool fermentation at 15°C preserve the grape’s signature aromatics and freshness.
In the glass, it reveals a luminous lemon hue. On the nose, elegant layers of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, and pear are complemented by floral notes and a subtle touch of minerality.
The palate is crisp and fruit-forward, delivering white-fleshed fruits and citrus tones, balanced by lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
