Kanakaris Winery Notos Moschofilero

Notos Moschofilero is made exclusively from the grape variety Moschofilero that grows in the mountainous vineyards of Mantineia. It is a representative and pleasant acquaintance with this grape variety.

Crystal light yellow color with a pleasant aroma of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, and rose. In the mouth, it is well-structured and refreshing with a pleasant acidity that balances perfectly its mature character.

Notos Moschofilero is refreshing and aromatic in the mouth, its crisp acidity accompanies ideal fish, white meats, pasta with light white sauces.

Winemaking:

Careful selection of the Moschofilero grapes for them to arrive at the winery in the ideal state of maturity and hygiene. Harvest in small crates up to 20 pounds. The grapes remain in refrigeration until they reach 8° C. Subsequent pressing to take only the free-flowing must. Fermentation at low temperatures of not more than 15°C. The wine stays with its fine lees for about 2 months. Bottled fresh under inert gas atmosphere.

Enjoy it at 12ºC.
